As a Nutritionist I find it frustrating to see the huge number of mixed messages flying around as to what is the ‘perfect diet’.
Nutrition is the foundation of our healthy lives, but the modern nutritional landscape can be complex and contradictory that it leaves many people without the necessary understanding of nutritional health.
